The Richmond, Virginia location is presently operating without a license to operate as a Secret Sandwich Society location. The licensing entity has informed the owners of the Richmond location that they should cease and desist operations under Secret Sandwich Society branding, menu and all licensed rights, but they have failed to abide by that request. Accordingly, while that location operates against our direction, we are unable to ensure that this location provides service and food of the quality we strive to provide customers. We hope to rectify the situation in the near future and appreciate your patience as we work through this process.
